I’ve spent the last 20 years working across strategy, leadership, communication and international events, collaborating with organizations, institutions and global platforms focused on creating positive impact.
Throughout my career, I’ve led projects connected to the United Nations, international conferences, education, sustainability and purpose-driven initiatives, always bringing together people, ideas and organizations around meaningful conversations and action.
Before founding Vanilla Project, my background included roles in consulting, corporate strategy, finance and operations at companies such as Deloitte, Vodafone and international business groups.
Today, through Vanilla Project, I combine strategic thinking, creativity and human connection to create experiences, partnerships and initiatives designed to move people and ideas forward.
I believe the most impactful projects are built when strong strategy meets empathy, clarity and genuine human connection.

My work is rooted in my belief in the power of communication. I insist in finding meaning within each and every one of us and in instigating positive change, by consistently sowing selected seeds.
Throughout my professional journey, whether working in the design of houses or in the management of houses of parliament, I have aimed to create collective benefit in each challenge. I firmly believe that strategic, seemingly inconspicuous, actions are essential for transformations in our common journey for a positive evolution.
My pursuit for structure and constructive dialogue is a core principle in my mission as I aim to create a sense of accomplishment and purpose.
